Initial program to focus on California and Florida

Funding, Inc. (ATF), a California based mortgage brokerage company, as its associate to start assisting consumers with their mortgage needs. The initial program will focus in Florida and California but the program will be available for applicants across the country. “In the last 4 years, I have had too many consumers ask REL to refer them to a lender or mortgage broker. After careful considerations and due diligence, REL has decided to start a relationship with ATF to assist those individuals secure a home loan and assistance in all aspects of real estate financing,” said William R. Arce, founder of RealEstateLatino.com and President of the Jacksonville Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
